Mariani Amalgamated, Ltd. ("MAL" or the "Company") is being formed as a holding company which through its wholly owned subsidiaries, one of which is Grupo Mariani S.A., will develop, manufacture and market specialty wines, energy drinks and food priducts. Due to the unique formulations and only the highest quality ingredients, these products will offer the wine aficionado and energy drink consumers to a superior product to that which currently exists in the global marketplace.

As a benefit to the Peruvian people, especially the coca farmers, Mariani Amalgamated, Ltd is forming strategic alliances with the current government of Peru to provide humanitarian projects for the indigenous people of that country.
